Awareness training
Care Creatives Awareness Training aims to raise awareness of the additional barriers faced by care leavers - precarious and unsafe accommodation, lack of adult advice and financial support - and find practical solutions to help people into sustainable careers in the industry.
The training is designed in collaboration with Care Leavers working in the industry to ensure their voices and opinions are heard. This method enables the professionals on the course to gain a better understanding of the challenges Care Leavers face in building a career in Film & TV.
Training Learning Outcomes
